Privacy Policy

1. IndoMoving system (www.indomoving.com) is managed and operated by IndoMoving Team.
2. This Privacy Policy Service is working to establish, define, protect and identification of the information provided by the sender (service users) when using this service, this service will ensure the comfort of privacy Shipper (service users) are protected by a system of IndoMoving.
3. Shipper (service users), are required to provide complete information required by the Privacy Service System in order to establish, define and identification relating to the protection of consumer rights, then the information will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Definition

Shipper (service users) hereby legally guarantees to IndoMoving both now and in the future as long as the work progresses is the legal owner and / or entitled to the goods which were ordered to Indomoving to do the process of moving goods to a destination area or specific locations that have been agreed, which covers all services that have been determined on the scope of work and legally guarantees there will be no demands from other parties.

Terms & Conditions

1. Goods that are prohibited to be included in goods moving by Sender (User Services) are as follows:
   • Dangerous goods that easy to explode and flammable,
   • Firearms and drugs,
   • Every goods which are prohibited by the authorities be produced and distributed.
   • Jewelry, watches, gold, silver, cash, ash, cyanide, platinum and precious stones or metals.
   • Securities (checks cash, giro, money order or traveler’s checks, etc.),
   • Antiques and antique paintings,
   • Animals or life plants,
   • Other items that are not mentioned above but it is considered not to do the process of removal or beyond the initial agreement during the review and packing list will be denied the removal of IndoMoving wisdom.
2. The owners are required to provide complete and correct information about the entire types of goods declared and / or listed on the packing list or at the time of the review.

4. 5. Indomoving fully entitled to withhold and report it to the authorities and / or the agencies concerned if the findings of a mismatch on the requirements and the rules and provisions of applicable law.
6. Indomoving not responsible for the following matters :
   
   • All the damage and the entire risk of the machine engineering and electronic goods during transport, resulting in malfunction, and changes its function.
   • Leaks in liquid goods, damage to glassware and other damage is permanent on the goods.
   • Detention, confiscation and destruction of goods made by the authorities and related agencies.
   • Any loss of any form of material, immaterial and lose the opportunity to benefit incurred by Shipper (service users) and Recipient of services as a result of delays, shortages, damage and loss of goods.
   • Their circumstances force (force majeure) for damage, delay, loss, natural disasters, emergencies or other things beyond human ability which is defined as a state of force.
7. IndoMoving without notice and prior consent of the sender (service users) to use the workforce as well as the type of vehicle or other means of transportation in implementing its obligations and Shipper (service users) committed themselves to the rules and IndoMoving regulations
8. Indomoving freed of any responsibility after all of its obligations ended with the signing of receipt and / or acceptance of the goods (SIPP), unless otherwise regulated before.
9. Indomoving not obliged to inform the sender (service users) or any other party for termination liabilities, except there is an information updates, rejection or migration of the delivery destination, it will perform a standard operation procedure from IndoMoving.
10. IndoMoving is not responsible for the charges in any form after SIPP signed by the recipient of the goods that are customized and match on the packing list.

Shipping Cost (Weight & Volume)

1. The minimum volume is 10m3 (including wrapping inside and outside).
2. Indomoving will perform rounding it up to the weight and volume in units of cubic meters.
3. Shipping costs required to use the currency.
4. Calculating the dimensions (volume): length x width x height: 1,000,000.
5. Determination is based on the highest weight between gross weight and dimensions.
6. Perkoli maximum weight is 50kg for domestic air shipments, an additional fee will be charged for the weight exceeding the provision.

Compensation

Indomoving responsible for the goods and valuables (special items) during the recognition and content of goods in accordance with the following provisions :

1. In the event of loss, damage or shortage of goods that are not insured, the maximum reimbursement is equal to five (5) times the cost of moving or profuse maximum of Rp. 1.000.000, – (one million rupiahs) for 1 (one) unit of the missing items and less alone.
2. Unit goods value of goods exceeding five (5) times the cost of shipping and has a subjective value for Shipper (service users), must be insured where the premium payment is paid by the sender (service users) to the Insurance Services sender in accordance with the rates determined by the insurance company Delivery Service and Indemnities completed in accordance with the policy contracts Insurance Services Delivery.

Claims Procedure

Filing and settlement of claims made by the sender (service users) as the owner in writing in place transfer transactions carried out, with the proviso submit original documents such as :
